Metal compensators can be used for flexible connections between tanks and pipes. In recent years, the construction of oil storage tanks, oil depots and chemical plants is getting larger and larger, due to the restrictions of geological conditions, the natural settlement of the foundation of the storage tank and the change of the position of the inlet and outlet pipes, which is easy to cause damage to the wall connecting the pipeline and the storage tank, so the metal compensator, metal hose installed in the inlet and outlet pipes of the storage tank to compensate for the displacement. The tank outlet pipe is equipped with a small draw-rod type metal compensator, which can not only absorb the axial displacement caused by the thermal expansion of the pipeline, but also compensate the lateral displacement caused by the subsidence of the tank foundation, prevent the damage of the pipeline and the tank wall, but also have a certain anti-seismic effect.
