Type A is the normal one which covers about 90 percentage. Type B and type C are meshed in which Type B covers about 50 percentage, and type C covers about 30 percentage.
At first, according to the function, the outer braid is to protect the bellow. Different types offer different protections.
With the most coverage, type A can protect the bellow best. So for normal after-sale market, with material SS201, enough performance make the type A the best choice.
For type B, the coverage is in middle level, and in this way, it can offer better flexibility than type A and better protection than type C. So it is always chosen for the higher performance request. And the pipe material will be SS304, or combination of SS201 and SS304. Some OEM lines prefer this type.
For type C, the coverage is the lest. The protection surely is not as good as type A or type B. The design is mainly for some German brand cars. Super soft with SS304 material, this type of pipe is chosen for the special car brand or the good function and special appearance.
Secondly, different outer braid coverage affect the flexibility at the same situation. The more coverage, the less flexibility. In this case the flexibility increases as the coverage decreasing.
The customers can choose according to the detailed request. Here is the conclusion as suggestions.
1. For normal after-sale market, type A outer braid and pipe of SS201 has the advantage of good price and enough performance.
2. For higher quality and OEM request, type A outer braid, pipe material to be SS304 or combination of SS201 and SS304, bellows have to be flexible.
3. For high performance request, type B outer braid, pipe material to be SS304 or combination of SS304 and SS201, bellows have to be flexible.
4. For special appearance request, type C outer braid, pipe material to be SS304, bellows have to be flexible.
