Heavy Duty T-Bolt Spring Loaded Clamp

Our T-Bolt Spring Loaded Clamps consist of a stainless steel band, bolts, nuts, and a high-strength spring, with SS201 or SS304 steel as standard. The heavy duty version uses a zinc-plated spring with two washers for additional load capacity and stability. The band is typically 19mm wide and 0.6mm thick, polished to prevent hose surface damage. Bolts can be straight or bent, and nuts are available in metal lockplate or nylon options, with color choices including standard blue or white for nylon nuts.

These clamps provide improved torque and torsion resistance through the spiral spring design, and the T-bolt tongue can be flanged to protect hoses during installation. Standard torque is 12–15Nm, and large diameter clamps above 70mm use M8 nuts, while conventional sizes use M6. Our production line ensures consistent batch quality, with inspections on dimensions, spring load, and surface finishing to meet industrial and automotive requirements.
