We offer diameter coverage from 1 1/4 inch up to 6 13/16 inch (32 mm to 173 mm). Both inch and metric size references are available, covering standard turbo exhaust, diesel engine exhaust outlet, industrial generator exhaust branch, and heavy-duty pipeline connection.
For band construction, we provide W2 and W4 material grades. Main structural parts such as band, bridge, trunnion, and cap can be supplied in AISI 301, 304 stainless steel combinations. Bolt and nut material options include zinc plated steel, 18-8 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, A286 stainless steel, 410/420/431 heat treated stainless steel, and 4037 alloy heat treated high strength steel up to 160,000 psi.

The reliability core of V-Band connection lies in the physical engagement between the V-section profile and the flange. We provide six precision cross-section contours from YTV-01 to YTV-06, ensuring uniform axial clamping torque under 360-degree radial pressure.
Matched with our factory machined mating flanges, this structure can automatically compensate small displacement caused by thermal cycling, and prevent leakage under high turbo boost or severe exhaust pulse condition.
