Our T-bolt V-band clamps are made of 201 and 304 materials, and the products are composed of steel strip, groove, bolt and nut; Stainless steel thin steel strip and V-shaped belt ring are used for sealing connection. It is formed by bending the die and has anti loose spring design. It can hold the hose tightly under various complex working conditions and has strong sealing performance.

The product can add a release valve device at the bolt to form a quick release function; The flange can also be installed at the groove of the product, but the flange or the required workpiece shall be processed after the customization of the clamp is completed. We usually use male and female flanges for installation. Its unique positioning groove is more convenient for welding, and will not shift during installation, so as to ensure the fitting and clamping.

The T-type V-groove clamp has a feature that it can be adjusted slightly, so that the alignment between flanges and between flanges and seals can be adjusted evenly and tightly, and the shape is light and fast.
