The company has more than 20,000 square meters of production area and over 12,000 square meters of standardized workshops, equipped with multiple automated and semi-automated production lines, covering key processes such as metal bellows forming, flexible connection component manufacturing, and related fastening parts processing. This allows the company to maintain batch consistency while flexibly responding to different industries’ requirements for structural forms, interface dimensions, and working condition adaptation.
The company has long focused on the research and design of drainage and pipeline systems, has obtained the Special Equipment Pressure Pipeline Component Manufacturing License, owns 3 national invention patents and more than 30 utility model patents, has undertaken 3 National Torch Plan projects and 1 Ministry of Science and Technology Innovation Fund project, and has participated as a drafting unit in the formulation of the industry standard for the central drainage system of oil storage tanks (Standard No.: SY/T0511.6-2010).
At the OEM / ODM level, Yueding has complete cooperation capability from solution discussion, structural design, sample trial production to stable batch supply, supporting drawing-based customization, small-batch trial production, and process coordination. At present, the company’s products have been in long-term stable operation in multiple industrial systems in China, and are exported to more than 50 countries and regions including Europe and the United States, and are widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power generation, and automotive parts, continuously providing reliable and controllable pipeline connection and compensation solutions for different application scenarios.
