The Lap joint clamps includes a steel belt ring, a splint, a gasket, a bolt and a nut. The large ring part and the small ring part of the steel strip are connected by a transition part, and the two ends of the steel strip extend vertically upward after being rolled. A piercing hole is opened, a bolt is pierced in the piercing hole, a nut is assembled on the bolt through a gasket, and the gap between the two clamping plates forms an adjustment seam; it also includes a bridge plate arranged at the adjustment seam, and a nut is installed on the bolt through a gasket. One end of the bridge plate is welded on the steel belt ring, and the other end moves relative to the steel belt ring.
