Yueding started in 1992 with a straightforward belief: make products carefully, keep our word, and build relationships that last. Today, Zhejiang Yueding Corrugated Tube Co., Ltd. (Yueding / YDCT) manufactures exhaust system components and flexible connection products for customers across automotive aftermarket, OEM and industrial markets. More than three decades later, the business has grown considerably, but the way we want to work has remained much the same.

Exhaust flex pipes and exhaust clamps remain an important part of what we manufacture, alongside hose clamps, metal bellows, stainless steel flexible hoses and related pipe components. Some customers come to us for standard parts they purchase regularly; others bring a drawing, a sample or an installation problem that needs a different solution. We support both, from repeat bulk supply to product development based on specific dimensions and application requirements.

Over the years, our product range, equipment and production scale have changed, but we still believe good cooperation starts with understanding what the customer actually needs. A product should not only look right on a specification sheet; it should fit the application, remain consistent from one batch to the next, and be something both sides are comfortable supplying again.

Over years of development, Yueding (YDCT) has built a standardized management system covering quality, safety and production operations. We clearly understand that stable quality and safety are the foundation of long-term cooperation. For this reason, we have not only passed ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 international system certifications, but also obtained the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality standard certification. At the same time, we strictly follow the Q/SY 1002.1 Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system, and hold the Special Equipment Manufacturing License for pressure pipeline components. Together, these systems and qualifications provide a structured basis for safety, compliance and quality control across the applications we serve.

Yueding is a member of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and has also built long-term business relationships within the energy sector. We have successively qualified as a first-level network member within CNPC Energy No. 1 Network and the SINOPEC supplier network. These qualifications also reflect the production, safety and management requirements Yueding has been expected to meet when serving energy-sector customers. Yueding has also been recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” enterprise in Zhejiang Province and as a National High-Tech Enterprise, supporting our continued investment in manufacturing and technical development.

Technical innovation has remained an important part of Yueding’s long-term development. Yueding operates a provincial-level R&D center, holds multiple invention and utility model patents, and has led and participated in the drafting of the industry standard for central drainage systems of oil storage tanks (SY/T 0511.6-2010). Compared with technical data on paper, we care more about the stability and repeatability of these achievements in your real applications. Product Direction and Application Fields

At Yueding (YDCT), our understanding of products goes beyond a single component. At present, our core product lines cover exhaust flex pipes, exhaust clamps, hose clamps and related connection components. At the same time, for more complex industrial requirements, we also supply metal bellows compensators (expansion joints), stainless steel braided metal hoses, fabric expansion joints and wellhead compensation devices for oil extraction applications.

We clearly understand that stable operation in an exhaust or piping system depends in large part on how well its components are matched. Therefore, during product planning, we always start from system stability and carefully consider the matching relationship between flexible connection, movement compensation, and reliable fixing.
