Product Description
1.Lap joint exhaust clamp is a simple, effective way to connect heavy-duty exhaust system components such as pipes, muffler and catalytic converters. Width of strap: 2.94inch (74.8mm). Torque: 63 N·m.
2.Connection Type: ID-OD slip fit connection, preferably with compression slit. This lap joint clamp commonly to join standard pipe with flex pipe.
3.Distributes the clamping force evenly over the entire 360° to provide tight sealing and prevent leaks and prohibit exhaust pipe distortion.
4.Material: 304 stainless steel strap, zinc-plated flange bolt and nut, steel gasket, aluminum alloy I-block. Lap Joint band clamp requires that the sections being clamped have sufficient lengths of straight pipe leading into it. It is removable and reusable, easy to install without welding.
