Sound-Insulated Pipe Fixing
Heavy duty rubber lined pipe clamp is designed for situations where pipes must be fixed securely but also need sound insulation. In many buildings and industrial installations, noise does not come from the pipe itself, but from vibration transferred to walls, brackets, or frames.The rubber lined pipe clamp places an EPDM insert between the pipe and the steel band. This helps cut down vibration and avoids direct metal contact, which is important for sound control and for reducing contact corrosion over time.It is suitable for domestic buildings and industrial projects where DIN 4109 sound insulation requirements are considered.
Flexible Two-Screw Structure
The two-screw structure is not just for strength. It allows the clamp to open wider and adapt better to different pipe outer diameters. In real installation, pipes are not always perfectly round or exactly the same size as the drawing. Two screws help you adjust more evenly and reduce stress on one side.
Compared with light single-screw clamps, this design is more suitable for light to medium load ranges, and in some sizes can handle higher loads when installed correctly. The wide opening angle also makes installation easier when space is limited.

Zinc-Plated Steel Durability
The clamp body is made from carbon steel with a zinc-plated surface. For this product range, we use wider and thicker strip material than common light clamps. In larger sizes, the strip thickness increases, which helps improve load capacity and long-term holding strength.
Zinc plating is chosen for indoor and semi-indoor environments. It is not a solution for aggressive outdoor corrosion, but for standard mechanical rooms, buildings, and equipment installations, it is a practical and cost-balanced choice.
EPDM Vibration Damping
The EPDM rubber profile is silicone-free and designed to allow the pipe to slide slightly during installation without tearing the rubber. Once fixed, it provides sound insulation and vibration damping during operation.
Temperature range is roughly from -50°C to +110°C, which covers most heating, ventilation, and general industrial piping systems. Rubber is a wear part by nature. In systems with continuous strong vibration or high heat, rubber aging should be considered during system design.
Practical Installation FAQ
Can I use this rubber hose clips outdoors?
It can be used in semi-outdoor or covered areas. For long-term outdoor exposure, zinc plating has limits. We usually suggest checking stainless steel clamps if corrosion is a main concern.
Is the rubber replaceable?
No, the rubber is bonded inside the clamp. This design is for stable fixing, not for frequent disassembly.
Can you customize rubber or packing with our brand?
