If there are any complaints, we are going to cooperate and deal with your problem in the most effective way possible.
Help us to collect any photos you may have of the problem. It is better to have a sample of the problem. We will check and clarify what is going on if it is a quality issue.
- If it is a quality issue, we will cover all of the costs and make an improvement to avoid you being unhappy in the future.
- If it is not a quality issue, we will work to find out what kind of support we can offer.
