Application:
This clamp are primarily used for automotive purposes to fix the exhaust to the vehicle, avoiding the need for welding. A good quality clamp will improve the performance of a vehicle, as a faulty clamp means that the air flow is not restricted though the exhaust. This will lead to loss of power from the engine and a sub-standard performance from your car or van. As well as being used to improve the performance of vehicles, also widely used in various pipe connections, auto parts, solar panels, power generator, and even agricultural greenhouses.
Material distinction:
SS304 or galvanized steel, galvanized steel is more popular and cheap.
Parts composition:
Saddle, U bolt, gasket, nut. We can sell it as a whole, but also sell it separately, for example, you can only buy the saddle, or you can only buy the U bolt.
Nut Specification:
P 5/16-18, inner diameter of bolt is 6.8mm, thickness of saddle is 2mm.
P 3/8-16, inner diameter of bolt is 8.3mm, thickness of saddle is 2.75mm.
M8, inner diameter of bolt is 7mm, thickness of saddle is 2mm.
M10, inner diameter of bolt is 8.8mm, thickness of saddle is 2.5mm.
Regular size:
28-153mm, in many cases, it is also expressed in inches.
Package:
Clamps with the sizes of ≤76mm, 100 PCs for one carton
Clamps with the sizes of 80mm-102mm, 50 PCs for one carton
Clamps with the sizes of >102mm, 25 PCs for one carton
Usually the weight for one carton will be max 15 kg

Special requirement:
Some customers' products are used in outdoor scenes, which may be in low temperature environments, in this case, may requires more thicker zinc layer to protect the product. We can coating the zinc layer to 13µm, the regular zinc layer is about 5µm, please see the difference between special one (left) and regular one (right). Depend on your requirement.
