Welded Bellows Assemblies
Designed for ultra-high vacuum environments, manufactured with precision laser welding. Offer high compression ratio and long cycle life, suitable for semiconductor, aerospace, and precision dynamic sealing applications.
Precision Elastic Bellows
Available in SS316L, SS321, and beryllium copper. Provide stable elastic performance, suitable for precision instruments, pressure sensors, and miniature couplings.
Turbo & Exhaust Bellows
Manufactured with multi-layer forming technology. Designed for high-performance exhaust systems and turbochargers. Offer strong vibration resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for automotive aftermarket and powertrain applications.
Braided Metal Hoses
Inner layer is stainless steel bellows, with an outer high-strength braided cover. Support ANSI / DIN / JIS flanges or threaded connections. Commonly used for vibration reduction in pump systems and high-pressure fluid transfer.
Bellow Expansion Joints
Mainly used to absorb axial thermal expansion in piping systems. Optional inner liners or protective covers available. Sizes range from 50–2000 mm, widely applied in thermal pipelines and industrial fluid systems.
Metal Diaphragm
Made from ultra-thin stainless steel with precision forming and laser welding. Provide high linear displacement and sensitivity. Commonly used in pressure gauges, vacuum sensors, and micro-pressure measurement devices.
ISO/KF/CF Vacuum Bellows
Available in standard sizes (KF16–KF50, ISO63–ISO250). Support quick installation and removal. Widely used in semiconductor pipelines, vacuum pump connections, and laboratory equipment.
