This size is widely used in small engine exhaust systems and high-performance vehicle piping connections.To meet different working conditions, customization is available for pipe length, outer braid density, and inner structure (such as Interlock or Liner), to support OEM requirements for vibration absorption and stable gas flow. In some high-performance applications, this size may require non-standard flanges or clamp matching. Yueding is a professional manufacturer of exhaust flex pipes. From steel coil forming and braid weaving to final inspection and shipment, all production processes are completed in-house, ensuring full process control. We support custom design for both product structure and packaging, and also offer bulk stock supply.
In terms of products, we supply welded bellows flex pipes and matching clamp or flange connection components. These fastening parts can also be customized based on drawings. Our factory is equipped with a clamp tooling workshop and CNC stamping facilities, allowing fast sampling and small-batch validation.
In addition to the standard 1.75" size, we offer exhaust flex pipes from 2" to 4", covering most automotive exhaust applications. For special conditions or non-standard diameters, custom solutions are also available.
For quality control, we are certified with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and RoHS. We are equipped with salt spray testing and stiffness testing equipment to ensure each batch of exhaust flex pipes meets international standards.
