This 2.5 inch inner diameter turbo bellow we produce is mainly used to provide flexible compensation in exhaust systems. It is especially suitable for turbo manifolds, downstream exhaust pipes, and also standby generator sets, marine engine exhaust or light industrial equipment. The 2.5 inch (63.5 mm) size is very suitable for some European 2.0T turbocharged vehicles, for example VW EA888 (Golf GTI/R, Audi A3/A4), BMW B48 (3 Series / 5 Series) or Mercedes M264 engine modified downpipe systems.
It is also commonly used in Japanese JDM performance cars, such as the mid exhaust section of Honda Civic Type R (FK8/FL5). In addition, this stainless steel exhaust bellow is also often matched in diesel generator sets like Cummins 4BT / 6BT series or Perkins 1100 series in the range of 50kVA – 150kVA. We adopt a 2-ply bellows structure with a built-in directional smooth flow liner, which can absorb engine vibration and thermal expansion movement, so it reduces stress to nearby expensive exhaust components. This metal bellow also supports slip-fit welding installation. It can be welded directly with the matching pipe diameter and keep the exhaust system alignment stable.
304 material with inner flow liner can theoretically reach up to about 800°C. If it is changed to 321 material, it can reach close to 1000°C. The standard inner diameter sizes we provide now are from 1.5” to 6”, and wall thickness is 0.25–0.30 mm per layer. The internal liner is fully sealed to prevent leakage. When the exhaust system heats up and expands during operation, this metal bellows also helps absorb linear movement, and at the same time helps align and fasten exhaust flanges and clamps. We also provide matching exhaust flanges and V-band clamps, supplied directly from source factory.

We can produce according to these specifications, support sample testing, and keep batch consistency.
