For applications with frequent assembly and disassembly, how is the bolt durability and anti-seize performance?

Our T-bolts are made from high-strength alloy stainless steel, with threads strengthened through cold rolling. Under typical exhaust conditions below 600°C, they can maintain stable performance for 2–3 years. To prevent thread galling after repeated high-temperature cycles, we recommend using our YDS3 silver-plated nuts. Specific models can be referenced in the V-band clamp specification list.

Do you support OEM marking and special material customization for the 1.75" size?

Yes. We are equipped with laser marking systems and can apply logos or part numbers on the clamp band based on your requirements. In addition to standard SS304, we also stock SS316L (for medical or food-grade piping) and SS321 (for exhaust environments above 900°C). For orders meeting MOQ requirements, we can adjust band thickness or provide customized quick-release structures.

How compatible is this 1.75" V-band kit with 44 mm or 45 mm wastegates?

Our 1.75" V-band kit is designed based on a 45 mm inner diameter (ID) standard. The male/female flange steps are CNC machined for precise fitment, making them fully compatible with mainstream 44 mm and 45 mm external wastegates (such as TiAL MVR or Turbosmart series). The 1 mm difference can typically be accommodated during welding, making this size a widely accepted standard for high-performance wastegate piping systems.
