General description

Universal bellows with piping design simple, easy installation, low cost advantages, can be used for axial or lateral compensation alone, but should not be used as angular compensation alone, is mainly used to compensate the axial displacement of the pipe and a small amount of compensation pipe transverse displacement, vibration noise absorption. But when used in large diameter pipe due to internal pressure force is too large, it is important to pay special attention to the strength of the fixed bracket, lest produce fixed bracket collapse phenomenon.

Universal bellows installation considerations

1, the chloride ion content 25 PPM or less.
2, it is forbidden to welding slag splashing bellows.
3, must be installed according to the product to sign.
4, corrugated pipe ends must be reasonable set up guide support and fixed support. (see "corrugated compensator piping support Settings")
5, are not allowed to use deformation of the corrugated compensator to to adjust the position of piping installation error.
6, with installation rod or limit lever lifting is prohibited.
7, after the installation, should dismantle transportation rod and limit lever with yellow mark.
