Pinless Quick Release HD Clamp

Pinless quick release HD clamps are aluminum connection assemblies designed for turbocharger, intercooler, intake, and charge piping systems. Compared with traditional pin-type clamps, the locking mechanism is integrated into the clamp housing, eliminating the need for a separate locking pin. This helps reduce the risk of loose parts being misplaced during disassembly and maintenance and makes the clamp suitable for piping connections that require convenient removal and servicing.

Integrated Closure Without a Separate Pin

Integrated locking directly into the clamp housing eliminates the need for a separate locking pin during opening and closing. Releasing the joint leaves no additional small component to store, handle or reinstall before assembly. Repeated inspection, adjustment and maintenance therefore involve fewer loose parts, which is especially useful on turbo, intercooler and intake piping that may need to be opened more than once.

Two-Sided Sealing Around the Center Sleeve

Dual sealing rings create separate sealing interfaces between the center sleeve and both weld ferrules. Pressure changes and vibration are therefore managed through two defined sealing positions instead of relying on one contact surface. Using the same connection structure across several pipe sections also gives complete turbo or charge-pipe assemblies a more consistent joint arrangement.

Controlled Movement Between Weld Ferrules

Limited relative movement between the two weld ferrules helps accommodate vibration, thermal movement and small assembly offsets. Movement is absorbed within the joint instead of being transferred directly to welded pipe ends as rigid stress. Multi-section turbo, intercooler and charge-pipe assemblies can therefore retain a small amount of installation tolerance without making the connection loose or unstable.
