High Heat Resistance 4 Inch Trubo Bellows
This 4 inch large diameter corrugated pipe is specially designed to handle severe thermal displacement in turbocharging system. It is usually installed after the turbocharger downpipe and turbo manifold. For some large diesel engine sets, such as Cummins QSL or QSX series, CAT C9/C13 series engine exhaust manifold outlet, it is very suitable to use.
It can effectively compensate thermal expansion movement and extend the whole exhaust system service life. In some industrial generator sets and marine power exhaust branch pipes, this size turbo flex bellows is also often used. We adopt smooth inner liner design, so while providing flexible connection, it ensures internal airflow will not produce excessive turbulence, and maintain turbo exhaust flow speed. At the same time, we also provide matching T type V band exhaust clamp, which can help you realize quick installation requirement.
